Veltell System Pte Ltd (“Veltell”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the Republic of Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us through the consultation form on this website, by email, or over the phone: name (first and last), company, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry.
- Engagement data provided to us as part of our services, such as employment, payroll, contract, tax and compliance information processed on behalf of our clients.
- Technical data such as the pages you visit on this website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
- Correspondence including emails, messages and meeting records relating to your account.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to consultation requests and enquiries.
- To deliver our services: payroll administration, regulatory filings (including CPF, EPF and SOCSO), contract and document management, and corporate services.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore and Malaysia.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve our website and services.
- To send you information you have requested. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
3. Sharing your data
We only share personal data where necessary and lawful:
- With regulated banking and payment partners where our corporate wallet and FX services require it;
- With payroll and compliance processors who act on our instructions;
- With professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers where required;
- With authorities such as MOM, CPF Board, EPF or SOCSO where the law requires disclosure.
We never sell personal data.
4. Cross border transfers
Some of our technology partners operate outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred, we only work with partners subject to comparable data protection standards and we put appropriate safeguards in place.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by regulatory record keeping rules (for example payroll and tax records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and internal procedures to protect personal data. Our team is trained on data handling standards, and access is limited to people who need it for their work.
