GDPR Privacy Notice
1. Controller
Veltell System Pte Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Singapore (UEN 202607479K), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, is the controller of personal data processed through this website and our services. We do not have an establishment in the EU/EEA. For any GDPR matter, contact alif@getveltell.com.
2. Data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of enquiries submitted through the consultation form, email or chat widget.
- Engagement data processed on behalf of our clients for cross border payroll and compliance services.
- Technical data: pages visited on this website. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. Purposes and lawful bases (Article 6)
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing payroll, compliance, document management and corporate services you or your company have engaged.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries, maintaining website security, and improving our services. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where we ask directly, such as optional marketing communications. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must process data to comply with applicable laws.
4. Recipients
We share data only where necessary: with regulated banking and payment partners, with processors acting on documented instructions (payroll, compliance and hosting providers), with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires. We never sell personal data.
5. International transfers
As a Singapore based company, your data may be processed in Singapore and other jurisdictions, including through technology partners. Where data of individuals in the EU/EEA is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, primarily the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, and additional measures where needed. A copy of relevant safeguards is available on request.
6. Retention (Article 5)
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by statutory record keeping rules (for example payroll and tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights (Articles 15 to 21)
As a data subject you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your EU/EEA country of residence or work without prejudice to other remedies.
