Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Veltell platform operated by PRINTLISTINGS PTE LTD ("we", "our", "us", or "Veltell"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Subscription and Billing

Plans. Veltell offers monthly and annual subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Features vary by plan.

Payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment and do not auto-renew unless specified.

Credits. Workspace credits are consumed based on usage. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit top-ups remain active until consumed.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@veltell.com within 14 days.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment through the platform
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code
• Exceed usage limits or resell access to the Platform without written authorization

4. AI Assistants and Automated Outreach

Veltell provides AI-powered assistants that can communicate on your behalf through WhatsApp, Telegram, and other supported channels. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with the terms of service of each messaging platform you connect
• Obtaining necessary consent from recipients where required by law
• Reviewing and approving automated messages before deployment
• Complying with applicable spam, marketing, and data protection regulations

We are not liable for messages sent through your connected channels or for how recipients respond to those messages.

5. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you represent that any data you upload or process complies with applicable data protection laws. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by PRINTLISTINGS PTE LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business purposes during your subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltell and PRINTLISTINGS PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data will be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
